Privacy Policy
Effective September 12, 2026
Pulse Path is a mobile game published by PocketFrolic. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices available to players.
Information you provide
Pulse Path allows you to use an automatically generated player name or choose a custom display name. When you submit a score to the online leaderboard, your display name and gameplay score are transmitted so they can be displayed on that leaderboard. Do not use your legal name or other sensitive information as your public display name.
Information stored on your device
Your player name, high score, and game preferences may be stored locally on your device. This local information is used to preserve your profile and progress between sessions. It remains on the device until the app data is cleared or the app is removed.
Advertising and automatically collected information
Pulse Path includes optional rewarded advertisements provided through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share:
- Your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- App and advertisement interactions, including launches, taps, and video views;
- Diagnostic and performance information; and
- Device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID.
Google may process this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. For more information, review Google's Privacy Policy.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Pulse Path, save local progress, provide player profiles and online leaderboards, deliver optional rewarded advertisements, measure app performance, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Sharing of information
Information may be processed by service providers that operate the advertising and leaderboard features. PocketFrolic does not sell players' contact information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to maintain the security and integrity of the game.
Children's privacy
Pulse Path does not ask players to provide an email address, legal name, precise location, contacts, photos, audio, financial information, or health information. If we learn that personal information from a child was collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Your choices and deletion requests
Rewarded advertisements are optional. You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID through your device settings. You can change your public display name from the Profile page. You may also contact PocketFrolic to ask questions or request deletion of leaderboard information. Please include the display name involved so the request can be reviewed.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the game, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce applicable agreements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Pulse Path's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
